Key

Korea

On view at The Met Fifth Avenue in Gallery 233

In its shape, this key differs significantly from the more common flat, L-shaped type of this period. While the lock that it opened has been lost, it was most likely similar to TR.175.50.2021, a ㄷ-shaped lock with a round keyhole.
